We are quite prepared to pick you up on arrival at the railway station in Traunstein, free of charge.
All rooms and apartments have a shower with toilet ensuite, direct dialing telephone, television and radio-alarms.
The rooms and apartments are ready for your arrival from 12 noon. During weekdays arrival can be up until 17.00 and on Sundays 14.00. Should your expected arrival be later than this please notify us by telephone and/or fax, email etc.
Pets are heartily welcome but please notify us of your intention. Please note, that no pets are allowed in the dinning room.
Out of consideration for all our guests, we cannot allowed smoking in the dining room until after 9.15. However you are welcome to enjoy both a cup of coffee and a cigarette in Reception.
BOOKING:
When wishing to book either a room or apartment we ask you to send us a written confirmation together with a deposit of € 100,00 per room/apartment which will be refunded to you on departure.
CANCELLATION:
We recommend that you consider cancellation insurance. Please note that this can only be arranged at the time of booking and no later as, should cancellation be necessary, we will invoice 80% of the confirmed booking price.
The confirmed arrival and departure dates are binding. Late arrival or early departure will be invoiced never-the-less with 80% of the confirmed booking price.
PAYMENT:
For those unable to settle by cash payment, please note that we are unable to accept credit card payments but will accept Euro cheque cards with the “Maestro”-sign.
